Off into the wild…grey??
I leave for Beijing in about 45min and the last 48 hours has been a little restless and a little full of emotion. I am VERY glad I watched the opening ceremonies from the comfort of my hotel room…there was a lot of stuff I just would not have seen as an athlete there…although I am sure the roar when the chinese entered the stadium must have been amazing.
So now it is really into the taper and really all the work is done. IT is done…wow…now I just have to race. That seems like the easy part after all this work.
I have put together my warm up play list and the songs are as follows. I think it is pretty bitchen…and I should be able to ride good after these tunes…but that is just me.
