Life is as the unemployed
Well, you know when you stop doing certain things other motivation seems to lag…well I went into a downward spiral of rest after the Olympics that I am only now clawing myself out of. Rest is great but biking is better. I did a road trip up north and back down…thats right 8 days of driving in a westfallia with my lady and a couple of friends. One of which, Gina Grain, is also in a rest spiral. (not like we have not spent enough time together this year allready eish). But it was fun…I have also dusted off the old hiking boots and started trecking up into the mountains…now though the weather and light are both changing and the long treks in the mountains are getting shorter….This is the time of year I really hate…no snow to ski on yet and the colder days are starting to mount. The training is jsut getting going so convincing yourself to get out there is tougher…but at least it has been sunny…I will try to post more news and pictures in the coming days…get this blog back to a world of interesting.
