Slow time of year
November i starting to open up and you would thing the moist chill of the south coast would be getting to me. But to be honest the extended stay at home has been a welcome change to the last 6 years. I have been able to BBQ, cook all kinds of good stuff with the ingredients I have picked up at Planet Organic. Every time I go in there I find something new and interesting to cook with. I have been able to get into doing some regular yoga, I have played through a season of NHL 09 and I still am no good at it. I have played a bit of guitar and I have just generally enjoyed the neighborhood that I moved into about a year ago.
Now I am looking at getting into the racing again soon. I have been training a fair bit over the last 5 weeks more 20 + hour weeks than I have done in the past and the body seems to be handling things pretty well. All the rest, and little travel has ment I can actually wreck myself on a regular basis and still come back to train hard a few more times that week. I head to Cali in Columbia in about 10 days. It will be my first world Cup this year and I am looking forward to racing again. It will be nice to take a break from the rain and get a bit of heat. There should be some exciting things over the next few weeks I hope.
